Stages of construction

 

Depending on the funding raised, we plan to build the information center in the following stages:

 
ЕТАП 1 Costruction plans and construction permit

At the moment, design is being carried out in all parts, with the aim of creating an investment project and obtaining a building permit. We expect to receive a Building Permit from the municipal authorities in October 2024.

The projects envisage the renovation and repurposing of the entire building, but allow construction activities to be carried out in stages, depending on the funding raised.

ЕТАП 2 Renovation and equipment of a small exhibition hall of 70 m2

As the small exhibition hall will be located in the side wing, this allows only it to be built in the first stage until full funding is raised.

The Malkat exhibition hall will have an area of ​​70 m2 and is intended to be a hall for an immersive digital experience through multi-sided 3D projection.

The necessary finishing construction works are:

 1.            Dismantling of sheet metal roof, roof plate, bearing and partition brick walls

 2.            Construction of a metal frame steel structure. Construction of walls and roof from thermal panels.

 3.            Interior finishing construction works - electrical installation, flooring, interior walls of light construction and drywall, plastering and painting

 4.            Delivery and installation of a multimedia system for multi-sided projection

 5.            Delivery and installation of a sound system

ЕТАП 3 Creation of immersive guided tours

Various multimedia guded tours are planned to be produced for projection in the small and large hall for immersive projection. Multimedia presentations will not be produced all at once, but one at a time. One part will be made for the small hall, and others - after the large exhibition hall is ready. 1.         1.         Making a presentation on the topic "The drawings from the Magura cave - a prehistoric treasure hidden in the bowels of Bulgaria"

PrePresentation and background information of the drawings gallery. Formation, map, halls, presentation of prehistoric drawings, analysis of the dynamics of drawings over time - already disappeared ones, changes and improvements. Basic Symbology and Description.

2.         Presentation "Prehistoric cave art and the place of Magura in it"

Ev Evolution of prehistoric art. A comparison of the Magura Cave paintings with the 7 most famous and interesting examples of prehistoric cave art in the world, including Altamira, Lascaux, Chauvet, Cueba de los manos, Grotta dei cervi, and more.

3..  3.        "The most impressive caves in the world"

The presentation will explore the 7 most impressive caves in the world, including Hang Son Doong, Glow Worms Cave, Blue Grotto, Mammoth Cave and more.

4.      4.       Elaboration of a presentation on "The evolution of man and the place of Magura in it"

The evolution of man up to the Late Stone Age and the Early Bronze Age - the time when the prehistoric drawings were created, as well as the time when the cave was inhabited - will be examined. A photo of the era and the place of Magura Cave in it. Social organization, life and culture of prehistoric man.

5.     5.     Presentation of "Magura as an ancient temple of knowledge - symbolism and mysticism in the drawings"

The talk will examine alternative theories of the meaning of each of the symbols in the Magurata and their place on the ancient world cultural and spiritual scene.

6.    6.      Making a video talk on "Magura Cave - a pearl in the heart of the earth"

       This will be a basic tour guide presentation of Magura Cave as a natural phenomenon - formation, ennoblement, basic facts, 3D map. The Hall of Bats and the Legend of Magura Champagne. The sanatorium for the treatment of asthma - an amazingly successful experiment of a genius professor from the village of Rabisha.

ЕТАП 4 Renovation of the main body of the building

Large exhibition hall with multi-sided 3D projection and replica of main scenes from the cave paintings 160 m

The necessary finishing construction works are:

 1.                   Dismantling of sheet metal roof, reinforced concrete roof slab and partition walls

 2.                   Reconstruction of a supporting reinforced concrete structure

3.                   Finishing walls and closing with light construction and drywall where necessary. Suspended ceiling

4.                   Construction of internal pre-wall cladding or plastering and finishing plasters and painting

5.                   Construction of electrical installation

6.                   Installation of flooring

7.                   Delivery and installation of a multimedia system for multi-sided projection;

8.                   Delivery and installation of a sound system

The toilets will be easily accessible for people with reduced mobility and will increase the comfort of tourists visiting Magura Cave.
